Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service at all times, prioritising customers over tasks and delivering a great shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately, securely and efficiently through the till points and actively push additional items by engaging effectively with customers.
- Responsibly and safely handle and accept deliveries to the store, keeping the stock room areas maintained.
- Maintain merchandising of toys to company standards.
Working in your designated Tesco space as and when required.

With more than 150 stores across the UK, and our toy concession partnership with Tesco, we have exciting plans for the future as we continue to aim to become the best loved toy shop, one child, one community at a time. Our stores are open 7 days a week and on a 12-hour contract you will typically be working 4-hour shifts over 3 days. Depending on the trading hours of the store you are applying for, having a flexible approach and a commitment to help the store operate, it is key that you are able to work these shift patterns. This might include working hours at any time of the day, perhaps even outside of our normal trading hours, especially at Christmas.
