We are seeking to recruit an experienced Sales Executive to a very exciting, dynamic, open-ended role with huge development opportunities. Someone who is capable of introducing our immaculate service portfolio to a wider audience. The Role
As our Sales Executive, you will focus on driving revenue by identifying, engaging, and converting prospects into leads for our penetration testing services. This is a pivotal role in our growth strategy, and success will bring opportunities for professional development and high earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
· Proactively identify and research potential clients in target industries.
· Use a mix of outreach methods to generate leads and secure value-add conversations.
· Engage prospects in consultative discussions to understand their cybersecurity needs.
· Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring consistent progress towards sales targets.
· Collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals and tailor solutions for client needs.
· Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system and provide regular progress reports.
· Stay informed on Akimbo Core’s services and industry trends to communicate value effectively.
The Candidate
We are looking for a driven, results-oriented individual who is ready to take on a dynamic sales role in the cybersecurity industry.
Requirements:
· Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in the cybersecurity or IT industry.
· Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and close deals.
· Familiarity with sales tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
· Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
· Must be based in the UK with a Right to Work in the UK. You will work from home.
Preferred Skills:
· Basic understanding of cybersecurity services, especially penetration testing.
· Experience with cold calling, email marketing, or LinkedIn outreach.
· Existing network or contacts in industries with cybersecurity needs (e.g., finance, healthcare, or technology).
What We Offer
· Salary: £26,000–£30,000 base, with OTE of £36,000–£40,000.
