We are looking for a skilled and passionate Senior Chef de Partie to join our team at RIVIERA, a Mediterranean restaurant inspired by the cuisine of the South of France, located in the prestigious area of St James’s.
Responsibilities
- Managing your own section efficiently during service
- Preparing and cooking high‑quality dishes
- Supporting junior chefs and maintaining kitchen standards
- Ensuring consistency and attention to detail in every plate
- Following all health & safety and food hygiene regulations
- Team player with a professional attitude
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, ideally at a senior level
- Background in Mediterranean / South of France cuisine
- Strong knowledge of fresh ingredients and seasonal cooking
- Ability to run a section independently
- High standards of presentation, quality, and hygiene
