Support Worker

Support Worker – Endurance Care Limited, Norwich

Salary: £12.71 per hour (£26,436.80 per annum, based on 40 hours per week). Working hours: up to 40 hours per week. Service location: Endurance Care Limited – Cromer Road, Norfolk.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with young adults by listening, discussing, and planning goals and ambitions together.
• Help plan daily tasks and assist with practical activities such as cooking, cleaning and running errands.
• Assist with personal care, including support with eating and administering medication.
• Plan and participate in any out and day activities they wish to enjoy.
• Support individuals to become more independent wherever possible.

• A caring attitude, passion for supporting others, and motivation to see them achieve goals.
• Team player, able to work effectively with colleagues.
• Resilience and confidence to ask for support if needed.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
