Graduate Learning Support Assistant – September Start

Are you a graduate passionate about education who would like to work in a school environment? Would you like to work with small groups of pupils and assist them with their academic work?

Role

An ideal way to gain experience in an outstanding secondary school. Based in Stockport (other schools in other local boroughs also available).

Responsibilities

• Support pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis.
• Work term time only – 35 weeks of the year.
• Attend safeguarding training and obtain a DBS check (required).

Qualifications

• Degree 2:2 or above, with a core subject degree considered ideal (English specialism desired).
• Experience working within schools or with children is beneficial.
• Confident, enthusiastic and passionate about learning.
