Maintenance Assistant

Location: Tattershall Lakes Country Park, Lincolnshire, LN4 6LR

Contract Type: Seasonal / Fixed Term

Hours: Variable – some evenings & weekends required

Salary: £12.71 per hour – paid weekly!

What We’re Looking For

We need someone who will keep our accommodation and the holiday park in tip‑top condition, repairing, maintaining, renewing, and improving everything from the entrance signage to the back fence.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our team, you will support the Maintenance Manager in ensuring everything is in good working order. Responsibilities include:

  • Essential maintenance and repair work, such as changing taps, fixing shelves and TV.
  • Working as part of an experienced team who will assist and support you with tasks you may be unfamiliar with.
  • Maintaining high standards, exceeding customers’ expectations, and complying with Health and Safety legislation and company policies.
  • Carrying out maintenance checks and repairs on changeover days, working with other tradespeople when necessary.
  • Handling a variety of other tasks as needed.

Skills, Experience, and Qualities You’ll Need

  • A basic understanding of Health & Safety at work.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Previous plumbing experience.

Experience in a holiday park is a plus, but not required.
