SEN Learning Support Assistant: Build Confidence & Focus

Randstad Education is seeking a passionate Learning Support Assistant in Romford to provide high-quality 1:1 and small-group support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). You will assist in overcoming barriers to learning and creating an inclusive environment for children.

This full-time permanent role is Monday to Friday, requiring strong communication and behaviour management skills. A Level 2/3 qualification in Supporting Teaching & Learning and experience with SEND are desirable.
