You will need to be enthusiastic, have great people skills, and a positive and proactive approach to your role, supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health and complex needs.
Where you’ll be working
Chard, Somerset. This is a unique service within Chard offering supported living, enabling people to live as independently as possible within their own homes and local community.
What is required from you
A minimum of 12 months on your right to work.
We have Full Time, Part Time & Bank positions available.
