The role
We’re looking for a proactive team player with well-rounded communication skills, a love for social media, and a sharp eye for what makes a brand tick. You’ll be exceptionally organised, adept at managing deadlines, and driven to develop your skills while supporting the wider team to achieve outstanding results.
You’ll be joining a fast-paced agency environment with the opportunity to work across a highly varied client portfolio spanning tourism and leisure, food and drink, retail, the third sector, environment, sport, tech, and more.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting day-to-day client accounts with energy, organisation, and initiative
- Issuing media communications and conducting strategic sell-ins to secure standout coverage
- Managing day-to-day client liaison, confidently contributing to meetings, and sharing updates and ideas
- Writing high-quality copy, including press releases, brand copy, social content, and creative campaign materials
- Spotting strong press angles and utilising newsjacking opportunities to keep our clients in the headlines
- Building and strengthening relationships with our network of media, influencers, and content creators
- Owning daily administrative tasks, tracking coverage, and managing client reporting
What we’re looking for
- Agency experience working across B2B or B2C accounts (ideally a mix of both)
- Excellent writing and communication skills (with a knack for a clever PR pun)
- A strong understanding of social media and its inner workings
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently and take direction
- A problem-solver and self-motivator who is genuinely passionate about PR and communications
- Good energy, enthusiasm, and a willingness to bring fresh ideas to life
