The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and ambitious business as we continue to invest in our people, products, systems, and customer offering.

We are seeking driven and commercially minded Regional Sales Managers to lead sales growth across three designated territories. These roles are responsible for developing existing customer accounts, winning new business opportunities, and delivering sustainable, profitable revenue growth across the Weldfast product and service portfolio.

The successful candidate will combine strong relationship-building skills with a proactive business development approach, identifying opportunities within both existing and prospective accounts. They will act as a trusted advisor to customers while serving as a key ambassador for the Weldfast brand.

 

About You

You are an ambitious sales professional who thrives in a customer-facing environment and enjoys building long-term commercial relationships. You combine a consultative sales approach with the drive and resilience required to win new business and deliver results.

Essential Skills

●       Proven field sales experience within a B2B environment.

●       Strong account management and business development skills.

●       Experience working to sales targets and KPI-driven objectives.

●       Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

●       Self-motivated, organised, and capable of managing a territory independently.

●       Commercially aware with strong numerical and analytical skills.

●       Full driving licence

Desirable Skills

●       Experience within the welding, industrial, engineering, fabrication, manufacturing, or PPE sectors.

●       Technical understanding of welding processes, consumables, and associated products.

●       Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
