The Role
- Deliver engaging and high-quality Science lessons across KS3 and KS4.
- Teach Biology, Chemistry, and Physics in line with the national curriculum.
- Plan, prepare, and assess lessons that challenge and inspire students.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes achievement and confidence.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing effective feedback and support.
- Contribute to the wider school community and the ongoing development of the Science department.
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Has experience teaching Science within a secondary school setting.
- Demonstrates excellent subject knowledge and enthusiasm for Science education.
- Possesses strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Is committed to helping students achieve their full potential.
- Works collaboratively and positively within a team environment.
