Job Description
The Production Technician role is responsible for all technical and processing activities including running machinery, equipment maintenance and fault finding.
The working hours are 11pm-11am and the shift is accompanied by an impressive 37% shift premium on top of your basic salary.

Responsibilities
- Operational responsibilities include covering breaks, operating production machinery, assembling product and pallet release duties.
- Conducting Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and refurbish offline machinery.
- Attending to electro‑mechanical faults, diagnosing and repairing.
- Ensuring all manufacturing equipment is set up and produces product according to standards.
- Monitoring in‑process quality, addressing issues as needed to prevent product holds.
- Ensuring the minimization of downtime within planned costs for repair and spares.
Qualifications
- Qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering (e.g: C&G, HND) or a time‑served apprenticeship.
- Experience in a high volume, highly automated manufacturing environment.
- Experience in maintenance and fault finding.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team player who is passionate about healthcare.
Salary Range: £25,000.00 – £38,125.00 GBP Annual
