The Project Manager’s role
The Project Manager will be responsible for supporting and leading projects from inception through to completion.
- Project planning and programme management
- Procurement and contract administration
- Cost and risk management
- Coordination of consultants and contractors
The Project Manager will also
- Liaise directly with clients and key stakeholders
- Monitor project performance to ensure successful delivery
- Support senior team members on larger schemes
- Contribute to maintaining strong client relationships
The Project Manager
The ideal Project Manager will be a driven and organised construction professional with consultancy experience and:
- A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar
- Working towards or achieved MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB
- Experience delivering projects within the built environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
It would be advantageous for the Project Manager to have
- Experience across multiple sectors
- A good understanding of JCT or NEC contracts
