Clinical Lead

In your role as a Clinical Lead at HC One, Kindness will be at the core of everything you do. It touches upon every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. Responsibilities

• Ensure the level of clinical care goes beyond professional standards, statutory, regulatory and legal requirements.
• Provide specialist nursing support and advice.
• Take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager’s absence.
• Supervise, coach and mentor colleagues to deliver an unparalleled, empathy‑driven service.
• Act as a practice supervisor and assessor to students, sharing knowledge and expertise.
• Advocate and deliver a person‑centred approach to care for residents and their families.
• Recognise signs of abuse, harm or neglect, and take appropriate action and escalation if required.
• Attend safeguarding training applicable to your role and undertake additional training in associated areas.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin number.
• Demonstrated commitment to professional standards set by the NMC.
• Experience in a care home environment (including Dementia, Nursing, Residential or Specialist care homes).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, role‑modeling professional behaviours.
