Mobile Caretaker

About the Role

Based within the South Derbyshire area, you will work 20 hours a week, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 7am – 7pm. You will provide high‑quality caretaking services to oversee maintenance and cleanliness. As a mobile position, you must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day‑to‑day maintenance and minor repairs
• Ensure heating, lighting and alarm systems are working properly
• Carry out and record basic checks and maintain Health and Safety records
• Monitor site stocks and undertake cleaning duties
• Demonstrate Health and Safety awareness and attend training courses (all training will be provided)
