Highways Design Lead — Associate (Hybrid)

The American Society of Civil Engineers is looking for a Highway Engineering Team Lead at Associate level to manage a growing highways engineering team in Hampshire. This hybrid role involves overseeing the delivery of design schemes and mentoring engineers.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or HND in Civil Engineering, with strong experience in highways engineering and a focus on S278 / S38 projects. Membership in ICE or CIHT is a plus.
