Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager

Overview

Here at BDS Recruitment we are recruiting for an ongoing position as a Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager based in the Farnborough area. The role is 20 hours per week, to be delivered over 3 days (flexible), and it is a temp ongoing role to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

Key duties include:

• Providing daily communication with residents who live independently within the scheme.
• Assessing residents’ daily needs.
• Rent collection and tenancy sign‑ups.
• Conducting wellbeing checks.
• Managing health and safety responsibilities, including fire safety compliance.
• Addressing complaints and low-level ASB.
• Reporting repairs and ensuring a safe environment for vulnerable residents.

Qualifications

Required: Enhanced DBS from the last 12 months or on the update service.

Benefits

Pay rate: £15.95ph; PAYE: £20.29ph UMBRELLA.

Previous experience within a sheltered or supported housing position is preferable.
