MandarinSpeakingComplianceAnalyst-WhatYou’llbeDoing:
Thispositionisdesignedtostrengthenthecompliancefunctioninmeetingitsregulatoryobligations.Itismainlydual-faceted:therolewillfocusonsupportingtheteaminmaintainingarobustcomplianceframeworkaswellasHeadOfficereporting.
- Supporttheoperationandday-to-dayadministrationofComplianceandAMLsystems,includingsystemworkflowprocessing,analysisaswellassystemoptimisationinitiatives;
- PrepareandcompleteregularandadhocComplianceandAMLreports,monitoringmanagementinformationinaccordancewithlocalregulatoryrequirementsandHeadOfficepolicies;
- AssistwithqueriesfromseniormembersoftheComplianceteam;
- Supportingcommunicationofcompliancestandardstointernalstakeholders;
- AssistwiththeadministrationandmonitoringofComplianceandAMLrelatedtraining;
- Supportregulatoryprojects,includinggapanalysis,impactassessmentandsupportthecontinuousenhancementofinternalpolicies&procedures;
- Co-ordinatewithinternalandexternalauditorsandpreparedocuments;and
- Anyad-hoctasksorprojectsassignedbytheDGMComplianceasandwhenrequired.
