EV Engineer – Project Better Energy

Job Overview

We’re looking for an EV Engineer to service, repair and maintain EV charging points across Kent, Canterbury and Southampton, with occasional South London work. This is a field‑based role – no office attendance. You’ll work independently at customer sites carrying out fault finding, maintenance and repairs on EV chargers.

What’s on offer

• £40,000 salary
• company van & fuel card
• Monday–Friday work, 25 days holiday + bank holidays
• Occasional overnight stays may be required (fully expensed)

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical, 18th Edition
• Full UK driving licence
• EV charger experience preferred but not essential for someone with a strong electrical background
• Base around Kent / Canterbury / West Kent works well – regular travel is part of the role
