Project Manager – Rail Building

Our client, a well‑known construction company operating within the rail industry, is seeking to employ a Project Manager to work on the refurbishment of a high‑profile Network Rail office in York.

We require an individual with strong project management skills and background, a thorough understanding of CDM regulations, and experience of working with or for Network Rail within the rail sector. The scheme involves the fit‑out and refurbishment of a Network Rail building in York that is very high profile and requires considerable interaction between all parties. Therefore, we need a good communicator who can quickly build and maintain relationships.
