As a FA Sales Executive, you secure new business opportunities to drive revenue – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make each stay special for every guest.

Responsibilities

  • Support revenue growth: Receive and convert incoming enquiries on behalf of the Technical and FA Learning & Development division, working to achieve targets and maximise revenue.
  • Manage event coordination: Ensure the smooth administration and execution of all planned events, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail throughout.
  • Optimise event performance: Work within the events schedule to maximise yield and make effective use of available space and resources.
  • Build strong client relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with FA contacts and clients to fully understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate show rounds and promotions: Arrange and conduct hotel show rounds and actively participate in promotional initiatives to attract new and returning business.
