Lean Production Manager (Contract) – Lead Assembly Team

Orion Electrotech in Chertsey is seeking a Contract Production Manager for a 6-month rolling contract with an immediate start. You will take ownership of a key manufacturing area, manage the operations team, and drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in production management within an electro-mechanical assembly environment, with strong leadership skills and a working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
