Sous Chef – OTE c. 45k pa – Reading

As one of our Head Chefs, you could earn in the region of circa 45,000 per year: Base Salary: Up to 37,000 per year depending on experience Tronc: Estimated between 6.5k – 9.5k annually. Our tips are shared equally across the team based on hours worked. Bonus: Up to 2.5k additional bonus potential Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate – no pre-approval required.
