JOB DESCRIPTION
An insolvency practice in the East of England is seeking an experienced Insolvency Manager or Senior Manager, depending on experience, to oversee their team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the practice.
As an Insolvency Manager/Senior Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing a team of insolvency professionals
- Overseeing a variety of corporate and personal insolvency cases
- Providing strategic direction and guidance for the practice
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Driving business development and networking efforts to grow the practice
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in insolvency and restructuring, with a proven track record in a managerial role
- Comprehensive knowledge of UK insolvency legislation and best practices
- CPI or JIEB qualification (highly desirable, but not required)
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
- A strong focus on business development and practice growth
