Please note, this is initially a 12 month Fixed Term Contract, with the potential to extend, and/or become a permanent role.
The Role
You’ll work closely with Talent Acquisition and hiring teams, supporting end-to-end recruitment coordination and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
The role involves managing interview scheduling, travel and logistics, coordinating interviews, attending stakeholder and feedback meetings, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive hiring success.
Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience supporting talent acquisition activity
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Confident coordinating interviews, schedules, and stakeholder calendars proactively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate candidate records and hiring data
- Ability to build positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
- Passion for delivering an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing competing deadlines
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively across teams
- Open to either in-house or agency experience
