Facilities Maintenance Operative – On-Call & Repairs

Avery Healthcare Group is seeking a Maintenance Operative to ensure the upkeep of building and grounds. Key responsibilities include performing repairs and maintenance across electrical, plumbing, and building tasks, and supporting new residents in their room arrangements.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in maintenance or hold a relevant trade qualification, along with a full driving licence. Knowledge of health and safety practices is also essential.
