Forward Role are partnering with a one of the most well-known UK consumer brands with a customer base in the millions, to find a Senior CRM Manager for a 12-month maternity cover contract.

You will lead a team of four and play a key role in shaping customer communications, driving engagement and unlocking growth through smarter segmentation, personalisation and lifecycle marketing.

Perfect for someone who loves using data and insight to influence strategy and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities:

  • Own CRM performance across the customer lifecycle, delivering against key commercial and engagement KPIs while identifying opportunities to improve conversion, retention and reactivation.
  • Lead customer segmentation strategy, using data and insight to create targeted, personalised customer journeys that drive engagement and business growth.
  • Develop and optimise automated and trigger-based communications, ensuring customers receive relevant messaging at the right stage of their lifecycle.
  • Drive a strong test-and-learn culture, using reporting, analysis and experimentation to generate insights and continuously improve CRM performance.
  • Collaborate with teams across marketing, analytics and commercial functions to ensure CRM is fully integrated into wider business and customer growth strategies.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven CRM experience with a track record of delivering successful multi-channel campaigns and driving commercial results.
  • Previous people management experience, with the ability to lead, develop and motivate a high-performing CRM team.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing and personalisation strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to turn insights into actions that improve performance.
  • Confident managing stakeholders, influencing decisions and identifying new opportunities for growth in a fast-paced environment.
