A leading international law firm is seeking a talented Commercial Real Estate Associate (2–5 PQE) to join its highly regarded London real estate practice.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join one of the market’s most dynamic property teams, advising an impressive client base that spans institutional investors, developers, private capital, family offices, occupiers and entrepreneurial businesses. The team is known for handling complex, high-value and often cross-border real estate transactions across a broad range of sectors.

The Opportunity

You will work on a diverse range of commercial real estate matters, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals of investment properties

• Landlord and tenant matters, including lease negotiations and asset management work

• Development, regeneration and mixed-use projects

• Portfolio and corporate real estate transactions

• Real estate aspects of complex corporate and financing transactions

• Due diligence, reporting and transaction management across a variety of asset classes

The role offers significant responsibility, direct client exposure and the opportunity to work closely with leading partners on sophisticated and high-profile transactions.

About You

• UK qualified solicitor with 2–5 years’ PQE in commercial real estate

• Experience gained at a recognised City, national or international law firm with a strong real estate practice

• Strong technical and drafting skills

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

• Commercially minded with a genuine interest in clients’ business objectives

• Ambitious, proactive and keen to contribute to business development initiatives
