Due to continued success, they are now looking to appoint a Managing Consultant to work closely alongside the Managing Director and play a pivotal role in the next phase of growth

- l be:Acting as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of SME clients, responding to a wide range of HR and employment law qu
- eriesProviding pragmatic, risk-based a
- dviceSupporting with complex employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances and investiga
- tionsAttending client meetings and hearings (typically local) to guide and support proc
- essesAdvising on redundancy projects, TUPE, and organisational c
- hangeLeading on or supporting settlement agreements and without prejudice conversa
- tionsDrafting and updating contracts, policies and employee hand
- booksDelivering ad hoc guidance, training and insight to cl
- ientsBuilding strong, long-term relationships where consistency and trust ar
