What you’ll be doing:

• Servicing, repairing, and maintaining fleet vehicles, trailers, and workshop equipment to ensure safety and operational readiness.
• Diagnosing vehicle systems and implementing effective solutions with a safety-first approach.
• Supporting the team during busy periods, including scheduled overtime and on-call duties.
• Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

What you’ll bring:

• Qualifications in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair, or proven industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, trailers, and workshop tools.
• Excellent diagnostic skills and a safety-conscious mindset.
• Good communication and organisational skills, with a team-oriented attitude.
• Desirable: HGV C licence and ADR certification (training support available).

• £5,000 sign-on bonus (paid after 3 months).
• First-year on-target earnings of approximately £57,871, combining salary, overtime, bonus, and sign-on.
