The Role: As a Commercial Property Solicitor or Commercial Conveyancer, you will handle a varied caseload of Commercial Property matters including: • Commercial Property acquisitions and disposals • Landlord and tenant matters • Commercial leases and lease negotiations • Development and investment work • Refinancing and secured lending transactions • General Commercial Property transactions • Business development and client relationship management For more senior candidates, there is the opportunity to lead and develop the Commercial Property department, supervise junior lawyers and play a key role in the strategic growth of the team.
