We are hiring for our client for an experienced Pre-Construction Manager (Mechanical) to join a growing and highly regarded construction business delivering leading-edge projects across a range of sectors.
This Pre-Construction Manager role offers the opportunity to play a key part in the design, planning and successful delivery of major MEP projects from concept through to handover. The successful Pre-Construction Manager will work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to develop innovative, cost-effective and buildable solutions.

The Role
* Lead pre-construction and design activities for Mechanical projects from concept stage through to delivery* Develop designs alongside consultants, subcontractors and project stakeholders* Review tender documentation and manage the process through to contract handover* Analyse Mechanical drawings and schematics* Identify value engineering opportunities and project risks* Liaise with contracts teams, suppliers and subcontractors throughout the pre-construction phase* Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business* Ensure solutions are practical, commercially viable and deliverable on site
The Person
* 3+ years’ experience in a Pre-Construction role within construction or MEP projects* Strong Mechanical technical knowledge and understanding of construction processes* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities* Commercially aware with excellent attention to detail* Full clean driving licence* Positive, proactive and team-oriented approach
