Building Control Surveyor – Level 3

Location: Wigan

Hours: 16 hours per week

We are currently seeking a Level 3 Building Control Surveyor to support our team on a part-time basis in Wigan. This role is ideally suited to an experienced professional looking for flexible hours and a competitive hourly rate.

• Part-time position: 16 hours per week
• Competitive pay: approximately £100 per hour
• Based in Wigan (local or regional candidates preferred)

Requirements

• Must be a Level 3 Building Control Surveyor
• Candidates must be registered on the relevant professional website. Applicants who have recently passed the required exam and are awaiting registration will also be considered
• Strong knowledge of building regulations and compliance
• Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
