Relief Security Officer

About The Role

Hourly Rate: £12.71

Location: Weston Super Mare, Somerset, BS23 1TT

Shift Pattern: This is a zero-hours Security role designed to support operational cover across our sites. No minimum hours are guaranteed, and shifts will be offered based on business needs. We are looking for someone who is flexible and able to support with ad‑hoc cover when available. You will have the flexibility to accept or decline shifts offered.

Role: Relief Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Working across a range of sites providing holiday and sickness cover
• Protecting our customers’ property and people
• Providing a high standard of customer care
• Delivery of security duties including access control, patrolling, CCTV monitoring
• Being an ambassador for both our customers and Atlas Security

Qualifications & Requirements

• Team player
• Strong customer service skills
• Health & Safety awareness
• Confident, approachable and professional demeanor
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Right to work in the UK and able to provide evidence
• Must hold an SIA licence or be willing to undertake the necessary training
