Position Summary
Grade E Point 4-5 (£25,185 – £25,583), 17.5 hours per week, 40 weeks per year, commencing September 26. Salary for a full-time role is £10,501 – £10,667 (actual salary).
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the SENDCo, Main School Administrators, Exams Officer and Admissions Officer.
- Coordinate the Annual Review process, including collation of all relevant paperwork.
- Assist with TA timetables and day‑to‑day cover of TA staff.
- Organise and timetabling of exam access arrangements.
- Liaise with County teams regarding pupils’ SEN details.
- Enter, store and report student data accurately in SIMS.
- Update and maintain SEN data on SIMS.
- Track admissions files and deadlines.
- Monitor the department budget.
- Assist in responses to Local Authorities when consultations are received.
- Manage EduKey (Provision Map) in relation to inclusion across the school.
- Maintain the SEN diary for meetings, tours and EHC reviews.
- Support pupils’ main school transition, liaising with subject leaders and teaching staff throughout the school.
