Are you a native-level Italian speaker (C2) with strong English skills (B2–C2) looking to grow your career with a well-established global digital services company?
This is a full-time customer support role based on-site in Athens, where you will support international users in Italian and English while building your career in a multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve account, service, and general support queries
- Deliver a professional and empathetic customer experience
- Meet quality, productivity, and compliance standards
Requirements
- Italian proficiency C2 (spoken & written)
- English proficiency B2–C2
- Customer service experience advantageous
- Willingness to relocate to Athens if required

- Salary: €1045–1100 gross per month – salary paid x14 per calendar year + x14 bonuses as well
