Property Surveyor – Electrical

To lead the delivery, compliance management and continuous improvement of electrical services across the client’s property portfolio. This includes ensuring statutory compliance, managing inspection and testing programmes, providing specialist technical advice, supporting planned works and projects, and ensuring safe, reliable and customer‑centred services for residents and building users.
