Plant Fitter / Diesel Mechanic / Agri Engineer (Hydraulics)

Location: Northampton (Local Patch)

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (£50k+ OTE) with training, progression, overtime, commission, vehicle, tools, fuel card.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer sites to repair and/or replace hydraulic hoses.
• Participate in a 24‑hour on‑call rota providing emergency breakdown support as required.
• Promote company products and services to customers where applicable.
• Complete all service paperwork and technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Prior working experience as a Plant, Diesel, Agri, Mechanical, or Tyre Fitter and/or Mechanic.
• Background within mechanical engineering/fitting or a related sector.
• Ability to work autonomously on an on‑call field position.
• Full, valid UK driver’s licence.
