Supported Housing Officer: Transform Lives & Housing

The Folkestone Rainbow Centre is looking for a Supported Housing Officer to assist homeless clients in restoring stability and securing housing. You will be responsible for assessing their needs, developing support plans, and providing a structured timetable of activities.

In this flexible role, working on a 37.5 hours-per-week rota, you will help clients engage in meaningful activities and liaise with external agencies to ensure they receive comprehensive support.
