Pay Range- £50- £55/hour
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Client Solutions Manager to join a high-performing team supporting some of the UK’s most recognized retail and e-commerce brands. This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, data analytics, and client consulting, helping advertisers maximize business outcomes through advertising ecosystem.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Paid Social, Digital Advertising, or Client Solutions.
- Hands-on expertise managing campaigns within Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Advertising).
- Strong understanding of performance marketing principles, including acquisition, conversion optimization, attribution, and ROAS measurement.
- Proven experience analyzing campaign data and translating insights into business recommendations.
- Experience managing client relationships and influencing stakeholders at various levels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Preferred Experience
- Retail, E-commerce, Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), or Consumer Goods industry experience.
- Agency or client-side performance marketing background.
- Experience working with large advertising budgets and enterprise-level clients.
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools, automation, and campaign optimization technologies.
