Director of AI Commerce Strategy

This is a unique opportunity to define how organisations win in AI‑mediated commerce environments. We are looking for a senior leader to shape and scale agentic commerce for multi-national brands – where discovery, decision‑making, and purchasing are increasingly driven by AI systems.

This role is focused on translating emerging AI capability into tangible commercial advantage.

What you’ll be doing…

• Owning and defining the agentic commerce strategy across discovery, content, and transaction journeys for international brands
• Designing how AI‑powered and autonomous agents influence purchase decisions and conversion
• Turning emerging AI capability into measurable gains in visibility, conversion, and revenue
• Partnering with technology, data, and commercial teams to operationalise agentic journeys
• Building frameworks that allow experimentation, learning, and scalable adoption
• Staying at the forefront of AI and commerce innovation to inform long‑term strategy
• Aligning teams behind a clear roadmap from innovation to commercial impact

About You…

• Strong marketing & commerce background with deep understanding of how products are discovered and purchased
• Highly fluent in AI‑driven systems and emerging technology trends
• Experience leading transformation in complex or platform‑driven environments
• Track record of turning innovation into measurable business outcomes
• Comfortable working across technical and commercial teams
• Confident operating in ambiguity and shaping new operating models
