My client, an award‑winning architectural practice, is seeking a Senior Bid Manager to lead their pursuit of high‑profile projects across global environments. (You MUST come with relevant bid management experience)

Responsibilities

• Drive bid strategy and submissions for landmark architectural projects
• Collaborate closely with directors, designers, and consultants to craft compelling proposals
• Manage the end‑to‑end bid process – from pipeline tracking to post‑submission reviews
• Ensure bids reflect the creativity, innovation, and design excellence we are known for

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing bids within architecture, design, or construction sectors
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• A creative mindset to tell our design story in a persuasive way
