An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded firm based in Birmingham.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad range of employment matters including unfair dismissal, discrimination claims, TUPE, restructurings, employment contracts, policies and HR advisory support.
• Represent employers in Employment Tribunal proceedings where required.
• Provide clear, pragmatic advice and support to client employers.
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the firm’s employment practice in the Birmingham market.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with solid experience in employment law.
• Confident handling both advisory and contentious matters.
• Strong technical knowledge across employment legislation and case law.
• Excellent communication and client‑management skills.
• Commercial, proactive and solutions‑focused approach.
