Responsibilities
- Advise on a broad range of employment matters including unfair dismissal, discrimination claims, TUPE, restructurings, employment contracts, policies and HR advisory support.
- Represent employers in Employment Tribunal proceedings where required.
- Provide clear, pragmatic advice and support to client employers.
- Support business development initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the firm’s employment practice in the Birmingham market.
Qualifications
- Qualified solicitor with solid experience in employment law.
- Confident handling both advisory and contentious matters.
- Strong technical knowledge across employment legislation and case law.
- Excellent communication and client‑management skills.
- Commercial, proactive and solutions‑focused approach.
