Call Agent – Band 2
Adult Mental Health Services
Based at the Caludon Centre.
Adult Mental Health Services is looking for an enthusiastic and self‑motivated person to join our team.
We operate 24 hour, 7 days a week, 365 days per year including Bank Holidays, Christmas and New Year.
Responsibilities
- Cover calls, referrals and administration for the Adult Mental Health Front Door and Crisis Resolution & Home Treatment Team.
- Handle calls, process referrals and maintain administration for the Adult Mental Health Front Door.
- Process all referrals sent to secondary care mental health services.
- Adhere to procedures and processes within service timescales while working in a busy and demanding environment.
Qualifications
- GCSE level education.
- Good telephone manner, high level communication skills and attention to detail.
- Organisational skills, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good keyboard and IT skills, experience of Word processing, Excel data entry and email.
