Job Description A leading organisation in the South Coast region is seeking an experienced Interim HR Director / Head of HR to lead its People function on a 6-month fixed-term basis.This is a critical leadership role with responsibility for delivering both strategic direction and operational excellence across HR, Payroll & Pensions, and Recruitment.Provide strategic leadership across HR Business Partnering, Recruitment, Payroll & Pensions Lead and develop a team of HR professionals, ensuring high-quality service delivery Oversee complex employee relations and case management activity Drive improvements in recruitment outcomes, including time-to-hire, candidate quality, and retention Lead workforce planning, HR reporting, and data-driven decision-making Strengthen employer brand and enhance attraction strategies Proven experience operating at HR Director / Head of HR level Strong expertise in HR Business Partnering, Employee Relations, and Industrial Relations, including unions.
