Position Overview
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a critical part in the growth of Xnurta. You’ll be focused on identifying and sourcing highly qualified leads for the sales team. We’ll teach you best‑in‑class techniques and strategies, while encouraging you to be creative and test new methods of lead generation that unlock new revenue avenues. This position offers unlimited growth potential within Xnurta.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and generate new sales leads.
- Conduct outbound prospecting to identify potential leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
- Perform preliminary discovery meetings to qualify leads; schedule and coordinate product demonstrations and meetings for the sales team.
- Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and communicate the value proposition of our products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute targeted account strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of leads, activities, and interactions in HubSpot.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail media industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
- Fluency in German is required.
- Ability to work from our London office Monday–Thursday.
