Role Overview

Commissioning Engineer – Security. You will commission Security Systems such as Intruder Alarms, Access Control Systems and CCTV, meeting relevant industry standards and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Commission Security systems (Intruder Alarms, Access Control Systems, CCTV) in accordance with industry standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining effective relationships with customers.
• Identify and rectify problems before they occur.
• Service devices safely, avoiding injuries, property damage and loss of materials.
• Manage time effectively and prioritize jobs correctly.
• Complete engineer work reports and hand over certificates/BSIA certificates or checklist as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Experience within the Security industry.
• Valid driving licence.
• Ability to lift and climb ladders.
• Previous experience working in a customer‑facing environment.
