Parish Grounds And Maintenance Operative

This is a part-time on-site role for a Parish Grounds and Maintenance Operative located in Kingsnorth Parish. The operative will be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of the Parish grounds, including performing equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, maintenance, and repair. Responsibilities also include ensuring that facilities like playing fields, the sports pavilion, and the play area are maintained in optimal condition and all maintenance tasks are completed promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

• Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance skills
• Experience in Maintenance & Repair and general Maintenance tasks
• Strong Troubleshooting abilities
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Relevant experience in grounds maintenance or a similar role is beneficial
• Possession of a relevant qualification in maintenance or a related field is desirable
