We’re looking to connect with an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant from a permanent agency background who has a strong track record in business development, client acquisition, and consistent billing performance.

The Role
You’ll take ownership of both business development and delivery, including:
Business Development
- Generating and converting new permanent recruitment opportunities within your market
- Building a strong pipeline through proactive outreach and networking
- Leading client meetings, role qualification, and commercial discussions
- Developing long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Acting as a credible representative of the business in your sector
360 Recruitment Delivery (Permanent)
- Managing the full recruitment cycle from briefing through to placement
- Sourcing and engaging high-quality permanent candidates
- Advising clients on market trends, salary expectations, and hiring strategies
- Coordinating interviews, managing feedback, and negotiating offers
- Ensuring a high-quality, consultative experience throughout
About You
Essential:
- Proven experience operating a 360 desk within an agency environment
- Strong background in permanent recruitment
- Demonstrable success in winning new business
- Consistent billing history as a permanent recruiter
- Ability to manage your desk independently
- Professional, consultative and commercially astute approach
Desirable:
- Experience within a specialist or niche sector
- Exposure to retained or exclusive roles
- Established network within a defined market
