About the role

You’ll be out and about, travelling to different locations and meeting new people every day. If you want to make a real difference, this is it. No two days are the same – you could be installing cutting‑edge broadband in a customer’s home one day, or troubleshooting an issue the next. You’ll enjoy the freedom of working outside and get to experience real job progression. You’ll only work 4 days out of 7 each week.

No experience? No problem. We’ll fully train and support you every step of the way through a detailed onboarding stage when you join, with a dedicated mentor to provide ongoing guidance.

What You’ll Do

  • Install and maintain broadband, TV, and phone services to customers’ homes.
  • Quickly resolve technical issues, ensuring customers stay connected.
  • Provide exceptional service that leaves every customer satisfied.
  • Work independently with a supportive team backing you.

The Must Haves

  • A UK manual driving licence.
  • Confidence working at heights and outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • To live in one of the specified postcodes above.

Desired Skills

  • A problem‑solving mindset and a passion for helping customers.
  • A methodical, organised approach to work.
  • The ability to be composed and adapt to any situation.

Benefits

  • A starting salary of £29,000 with potential to earn up to £36,200 through on‑target earnings (£4,700 overtime + £2,500 commission).
  • Private medical cover through BUPA (including upgrade options for loved ones), a healthcare plan, and critical illness insurance.
  • Market‑leading maternity, paternity, neonatal, and carers leave policies.
  • 25 days of annual leave, UK bank holidays, and your birthday off. Option to buy or sell up to 5 extra days.
  • A 4‑day working week – 37.5 hours across 4 days (Monday to Saturday), shifts 7.5–10 hours.
  • Up to 10% employer pension contributions and life insurance.
